The IP Approach Supports You "as you are"
Intuition Painting® is a non-directive, process-based creative practice that encourages participants to paint intuitively — following color, sensation, imagery, and impulse without judgment or pressure to perform. Rather than focusing on artistic skill or finished products, the process supports curiosity, presence, emotional expression, and self-discovery.

The research says it is good for you

Growing research across neuroscience, psychology, expressive arts, and mind-body practices suggests that creative expression and nonverbal processing can support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, resilience, psychological flexibility, and overall well-being. Studies in expressive arts therapy, somatics, mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology increasingly highlight how creativity, embodiment, safety, and connection can foster insight, emotional healing, and meaningful personal change.

Cost: $500

Price covers room, all meals, and art materials.
Financial aid is available, please email info@louisvillefamilycenter.com for more information.
